We Take Your Warranty Further
In addition to your 1 year warranty on all mechanical and electrical systems1, we offer 2 levels of protection you don't get from other osmometer companies:
Under our Repair Labor Protection program, we cap the labor repair cost at a fixed low rate for the first 10 years old you own your instrument2. Currently if you own an instrument which is less than 10 years you will not pay more than $595 for the labor portion of each repair.

This program is intended for normal repairs for the original owner. For example it would not apply to a deliberately damaged instrument, or an instrument damaged by a flood, etc. It would not apply to a resold instrument. The charge applies to each time the instrument is returned for non-warranty repair.
